How Best Self Performance Works

Best Self Performance is a form of development coaching that is delivered via 1-2-1 or group sessions.

The initial step would be to hold a short consultation (typically around 15 minutes – via call or online meeting) with either the individual concerned or relevant co-ordinator to understand their needs and gain an insight into how and where they are looking to improve. This will provide a platform for me to advise the best way I believe I can help.

Once this initial step has concluded, no commitment is required as the parties involved are encouraged to take all the time they feel is needed in assessing whether they would like to progress further.

Where wishing to proceed further, suitable arrangements will be made between ourselves for the development coaching to be carried out as to your preference.

The sessions can be booked on a single or rolling basis or alternatively you may wish to put a suitable medium/longer term arrangement in place.
